This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, store credits, damaged items, defective products, digital products, services, final sale items, and gift returns are handled through Limits Don’t Exist.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Limits Don’t Exist, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Return and Refund Policy.

Return and Exchange Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, eligible physical products must be:

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached, when applicable

  • Returned with all original packaging or included materials, when applicable

Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

Return Options

Eligible returns may be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Replacement for damaged or defective items, when approved

  • Refund to the original payment method, only when approved or required by law

Unless otherwise approved by Limits Don’t Exist or required by applicable law, eligible returns are generally issued as store credit or handled as an exchange.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available.

Exchanges may be approved for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect fit

  • Eligible item preference

  • Damaged or defective item replacement

  • Incorrect item received

  • Other approved exchange requests

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another reasonable solution.

Store Credit

Approved returns may be issued as store credit.

Store credit may be used toward future purchases from Limits Don’t Exist and may be subject to any terms provided at the time the credit is issued.

Store credit has no cash value and may not be redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

For approved Domestic U.S. orders, Limits Don’t Exist may provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns or exchanges.

We will pay for return shipping for approved U.S. returns or exchanges unless the item does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by Limits Don’t Exist or the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or other international return-related costs unless otherwise approved by Limits Don’t Exist.

International shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise approved.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, limited-release, or final sale items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.

Final sale items may not qualify for refunds.

As a courtesy, Limits Don’t Exist may allow a size exchange or store credit for certain final sale items when approved and when inventory allows, but this is not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Wristbands

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Coaching programs or completed services

  • Event registrations after the stated deadline

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked final sale

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags

  • Any other item specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Digital Products, Programs, Coaching, and Services

Limits Don’t Exist may offer digital products, programs, coaching services, resources, events, and related offerings.

Because digital products, programs, coaching, events, and services may provide immediate access, scheduled time, proprietary content, or personalized value, these purchases may be non-refundable once:

  • Access is granted

  • Materials are delivered

  • A session is completed

  • A service has begun

  • A program has started

  • An event has taken place

  • Digital content has been downloaded or accessed

If you experience an issue with a digital product, program, coaching service, event, or related offering, please contact us and we will review your concern in good faith.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, when applicable

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can properly review and resolve the issue.

Once reviewed, we may approve a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Return and Exchange Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days from the time we receive your returned item to process your return or exchange.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Return volume

  • Item condition

  • Inventory availability

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Payment provider processing times

  • The nature of the request

You will be notified once your return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or approved refund has been processed.

Please do not send items back without approval. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Return Condition Review

All returned items are reviewed when they arrive.

Limits Don’t Exist reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item:

  • Is outside the return window

  • Has been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, stained, or affected by odor

  • Is missing tags or original packaging

  • Is not in returnable condition

  • Is listed as final sale or non-returnable

  • Was returned without approval

  • Does not meet the requirements of this policy

If a returned item does not qualify, we may return the item to the customer or decline the return or exchange.

If you received an item as a gift and would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Approved gift returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by Limits Don’t Exist, eligible returns are generally processed as store credit or exchange.

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Confirmed order cancellation before fulfillment

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items when replacement is unavailable

  • Other situations approved by Limits Don’t Exist

  • Situations where a refund is required by applicable law

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution may take additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.

Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, delivered, or otherwise completed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may need to be handled through the return or exchange process, if eligible.
