Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

During sales, promotions, holidays, product launches, or periods of higher order volume, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will typically begin processing the following Monday or Tuesday.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Shipping transit time begins once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

We ship throughout the domestic United States.

Customers within the United States may be offered available shipping options at checkout through carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other supported carriers, depending on the customer’s location, product availability, shipping method selected, and Shopify’s calculated shipping rates.

Estimated U.S. transit times are typically 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All available shipping rates and delivery options will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed.

P.O. Boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes may be required to ship through USPS or another eligible carrier that supports P.O. Box delivery.

International Shipping

Limits Don’t Exist may offer international shipping to supported countries and regions made available at checkout.

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, product type, order value, customs requirements, and Shopify’s supported market settings.

International delivery times may vary and may take longer than domestic U.S. orders due to customs processing, carrier delays, local postal services, import requirements, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Duties, Taxes, Customs, and Import Fees

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or similar charges may apply depending on your country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery.

Limits Don’t Exist does not control customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country or local authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or import requirements, we may refund the cost of the returned merchandise once received, excluding original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, or any other non-refundable costs incurred.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

If you do not receive tracking information within 1–2 business days after the applicable processing period, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery questions once the package is in transit.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for the movement, tracking, and final delivery of the package.

Limits Don’t Exist is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday volume
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery attempts
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after carrier confirmation
  • Events outside of our reasonable control

If a delivery issue occurs after your order has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Limits Don’t Exist is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund for the returned merchandise once received, excluding original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any non-refundable costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or the shipping carrier.

Limits Don’t Exist is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery confirmation.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation. You may also contact us at limitsdontexistlde@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at limitsdontexistlde@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other resolution based on the circumstances.

Local Pickup or Local Delivery

If local pickup or local delivery is available for your order, the available options will be shown at checkout.

Local pickup or delivery availability may depend on inventory, location, product type, order timing, and current business operations.

Customers who select local pickup are responsible for picking up their order during the available pickup window or by following the instructions provided after checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at limitsdontexistlde@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed, especially once the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package.
